Ready-to-run activities that develop teamwork, communication and leadership. The ones I actually use, with my team and with young people learning to lead.

The Activity Library

What it is Twelve activities you can run tomorrow. No budget, no screen, no prep beyond reading the page. Each one comes with how to run it, the questions to ask afterward, and a facilitator note: the thing I'd tell you if I were standing right next to you.

Because the activity was never the point. Anyone can run a game. What turns a game into a leadership lesson is the conversation you have when it's over, and that's the part most resources leave out. This one doesn't.

What's inside Twelve activities, from two-minute energisers to deep, hour-long sessions. A written debrief for every one, so the learning never gets left to chance. The five leadership styles framework I use to read a group before I've run a thing. And on every activity, a facilitator note on what usually goes wrong and what makes it land.

Who it's for Anyone with a group of people to develop and not much of a manual. New team leaders, managers, youth program leaders, facilitators, coaches. If you run sessions and you want them to actually change how people show up, this is for you.
